Helen S. Tuel

Helen is the founding director of the Therapeutic and Recreational Riding Center, Inc. (TRRC) in Glenwood. Helen graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Dental Surgery with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene and then went on to the University of Maryland, College Park to earn her Master of Science in health education. In 1985, she received her Doctorate in education administration from Vanderbilt University. Helen is currently the president of TRRC’s board of directors.
