Animal Health Inspector

Jackie Mulligan

Jackie Mulligan is an Animal Health Inspector working out of the Frederick Animal Health Lab. She covers the Western Shore region. Her equine experience is in eventing and as a Thoroughbred groom. She rides in her recreational time. Her main equine health activity at MDA is with CEM. Jackie is pursuing a B.S. in Biology at Towson University.
