Keith Wills


Keith Wills has been involved in the equine community through horse ownership for 20 years and through multiple volunteer organizations focusing on equine agricultural issues. Keith is a loan officer for MidAtlantic Farm Credit who focuses primarily on the equine industry. Keith came to Farm Credit in 1993 and is based out of the Bel Air office. Keith has served as the Treasurer for the Maryland Horse Council from 1998 to 2009 and served on the Maryland Horseman’s party planning committee. Other volunteer organizations that Keith has been active with include: Maryland Horse Industry Board, Vice-Chairman (2004- Present), Maryland Farm Bureau Equine Committee (2004 - present), Junior Gunpowder Farmers Club (2001 - present), Baltimore County Farm Bureau Board Member (2000 - present), Baltimore County Farm Bureau President (2007- present), Maryland Farm Bureau Board of Directors (2007- present), Gunpowder Valley Conservancy Board Member (1997 - 2005), Gunpowder Valley Conservancy Vice President (1999 - 2004), Baltimore County Agricultural Resource Center Treasurer (2004 - 2010), Baltimore County Agricultural Resource Center Executive Committee Member (2010 - present), Baltimore County Extension Advisory Council, Treasurer (2001 - 2005), Baltimore County Extension Advisory Council, President (2005-2009), LEAD Maryland Graduate (2006), Chesapeake Regional Agribusiness Development Corp. Board Member (2009- present) and Maryland Horse Council Board of Directors, Representing Buiness’ (2006- present).
